We are hosting an online workshop for teaching professionals who work with primary school age children on 8th June 2023 from 3.30-4.45pm. The workshop is applicable to diagnosed children (e.g. ADHD, autism, DCD/Dyspraxia, FASD) and those not diagnosed e.g. on a waiting list.
The workshop will include insights from recent Neurodiversity research. Dr Sinead Rhodes will talk through how to use EPIC activities to help support thinking and learning based on our Understanding Neurodivergent Children and Strategy booklets. We have kept costs as low as possible. The EPIC project is currently being translated into a social enterprise community interest company. We operate on a ‘cost recovery’ not-for-profit basis. There is a special introductory rate of £15 per teacher.
The workshop will be restricted to 20 participants to ensure those attending the workshop have opportunities to ask questions about how the activities might relate to their school set-up or particular support needs they need advice on. The workshop will not be recorded to facilitate this type of discussion.
